      There is no parking at the property. Frontage is on Swann Road beyond the driveway for 29 Swann.

      These 36 and 5-acre parcels are co-owned by BNRC and the Monterey Preservation Land Trust. In close proximity to Beartown Mountain State Forest, these parcels are an important buffer to one of the larger tracts of conservation land in the County.
