In collaboration with Berkshire Yoga Dance & Fitness

Step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the healing power of nature. Join certified Reiki, Sound Healing Practitioner and Forest Therapy Guide Victoria Ehrich of Berkshire Yoga Dance & Fitness, for a calming and immersive Forest Bathing Walk designed to restore your sense of balance and wellbeing.

Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a guided, meditative journey that invites you to slow down, tune into your senses, and experience the natural world with fresh eyes and an open heart.

During this one-hour experience, you’ll be gently guided through a series of nature-based invitations that help awaken presence, reduce stress, and foster a deep connection to the land around you. With Vicky’s compassionate guidance, this walk will be an opportunity to reflect, breathe, and simply be—without expectation or pressure.

No experience necessary—just come as you are. Give yourself the gift of stillness, and experience how even a short time in nature can shift your entire perspective.

About the Guide:

Vicky Ehrich is a certified Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner, Forest Therapy Guide, and the founder of Soul Reflections Wellness, LLC. With her exceptional intuitive skills and the ability to harness energy, Vicky delivers a profoundly impactful sound bath experience, leaving clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and experiencing powerful shifts forward.

After spending 15 years in Manhattan, Vicky and her family relocated to the Berkshires in 2018. The move allowed her to slow down, reconnect with nature, and cultivate a deeper sense of community. Amidst the challenges and overwhelm brought about by the pandemic, Vicky discovered the healing power of alternative wellness practices. This newfound perspective redirected her path, igniting a passion for sharing these transformative tools with others and leading her to pursue certifications in various healing modalities. As a healing practitioner, Vicky is deeply committed to helping others who seek to improve their health and well-being, both physically and mentally.
